We have many layers of wounds and traumas some are obvious and some and are hidden in a very subtle way. In this session, you will get tools that empowers you to keep removing the layers of trauma, fear, anxiety, patterns of thoughts, limited believes, ancestral DNA trauma, and many other issues . The healing journey is a continuous path of every day awareness, patience, self-love, compassion, forgiveness, discipline, consistency, kindness, processing, and lots of work. More importantly, is in us to really wanting to change our life and our circumstances.
