Join this challenge to get a 14-day practice on gratitude mindfulness and healing meditation. You get daily exercises to help you to be in the now moment and shift from lack to abundance. Every week we will meet live via Zoom to share our experiences at the end of the meeting we will have a healing meditation guided by Silvia.
